polyurea de un solo componente
Hay alguna polyurea de buena calidad que se aplique directo sobre el sustrato, sin necesidad de primer ??

Is there any polyurea that can be applied directly over the substrate without a primer ??

If the answer is no, which is a good combination between primer+product in terms of less time to use the final equipment ??

Hay alguna polyurea cuyo primer sea de secado rĂ¡pido ???

RE: polyurea de un solo componente
the magic term to keep in mind is "wetting"
thats how we call it over here..

regular sprayed polyurea is done reacting in a couple of seconds, this is the time it has to grab hold of the substrate (thus called wetting)

a primer has way more than that time to grab hold and/or get pulled into the substrate or object..
and the primer is designed especially for polyurea adhesion.

to steel is a different story though, polyurea will grab on to fresh blasted steel enough without primer because of the blasted roughened surface..

BUT,i do have a 30 minute epoxyprimer for concrete and other substrates, this will allow you to spray the same day.. mail me at info@degraauwtrading or ask your local supplier because i am in europe.

always keep in mind that polyurea is expensive but removing polyurea is ten times more expensive.
meaning if you use polyurea , follow its rules.
